Promise Terms - Doyle Garage Door Repair

The Promise, in One Paragraph

Every repair Doyle Garage Door Repair performs is covered by our 365-Day Done Right Promise. If anything we fixed stops working the way it should within 365 days of your service date, call us. We’ll schedule a return visit, we’ll look at it, and we’ll make it right – no forms, no fees, no argument. The price of the original job covers this. Nothing extra to sign. No asterisks hiding the real conditions. Just a straight commitment to the work we did.

What’s Covered

  • The workmanship on your job. If something we installed, adjusted, or repaired doesn’t hold up the way it should, that’s on us – and we’ll fix it.
  • Parts we supplied and installed. Any part we sourced and put in is covered for the full 365-day window from your service date.
  • The return visit itself. Scheduling a second look costs you nothing – no trip fee, no diagnostic charge, no “just for showing up” invoice.
  • A full redo if the repair didn’t hold. If the fix we made genuinely failed, we redo it – not a patch on a patch, but a proper repair.
  • Clean-up after the return visit. We leave your garage the same way we leave it after every job: tidy, with hardware accounted for and nothing left on the floor.
  • Straight answers about what went wrong. If a part we installed failed, we’ll tell you why, in plain language, before we touch anything the second time.

What Isn’t Covered

We want to be honest here, because a promise that covers everything would be a promise we couldn’t keep.

  • Damage from a storm, an accident, or something that hit the door. If a car backed into the panel or a fallen branch bent the track after we left, that’s a new job – but call us and we’ll still come look and give you a written price.
  • Work done by another company or a DIY repair after our visit. If someone else worked on the door in the meantime, we can’t stand behind what they did. We’re happy to assess it; we just can’t cover it under this promise.
  • Parts you supplied and asked us to install. We warranty what we source. If you provided the part and it fails, the promise doesn’t extend to it – though we’ll be straight with you if we think the part wasn’t the right fit.
  • Normal wear on equipment we didn’t install or replace. A spring we didn’t touch or an opener we didn’t service will keep aging on its own schedule. That’s not a failure of our work.
  • Problems you declined to have fixed when we flagged them. If we pointed out a worn cable or a failing spring and you asked us to hold off, that item isn’t covered – but it’s noted in your file, and we can always revisit it on a new call.
  • Cosmetic wear that was present before the job. Scratches, dents, or paint scuffs that existed when we arrived aren’t something we created, so they aren’t something we cover.

How to Use the Promise

Step 1: Call (910) 858-8029 or book online.

A real person picks up every call – day, night, weekend, or holiday. Tell them you’re calling about a return visit under the 365-Day Done Right Promise. That’s all the language you need.

Step 2: Tell us the job and roughly when it was done.

You don’t need a receipt, a job number, or a folder of paperwork. We keep every job on file – your name and address are enough for us to pull up what was done and when.

Step 3: We schedule the return visit.

We’ll find a time that works for you and confirm it. You’ll receive the technician’s name and photo before they arrive, exactly the same as the first visit – no exceptions under the Threshold Standard.

Step 4: We make it right.

The technician reviews the work, identifies what didn’t hold, and fixes it – with a written note of what was done. There’s no invoice at the end of a covered return visit. That part’s done.

Timing

The 365-day window starts on your original service date and runs for exactly one year. If you raise something just after the window closes, we’ll still come look – we’re not in the business of turning a calendar page and going cold on a customer. Each Doyle location is independently owned and operated, but every one of them operates under the Threshold Verified standard and honors this promise the same way. The commitment doesn’t change by zip code.

Questions About the Promise

If anything about these terms is unclear, or if you’re ready to schedule a return visit, call (910) 858-8029. A real person will pick up. There’s no voicemail tree to fight through and no form to fill out first. Just tell us what’s going on with the door, and we’ll take it from there.
